Return Policy

  • Returns and Exchanges: We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. If you receive a product with a quality issue, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. However, please note that non-defective items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Unconditional Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our products. For your peace of mind, we offer an unconditional warranty period of 30 days. Please keep in mind that natural freshwater pearls may have surface imperfections, which are considered normal and not considered quality issues.
  • Lost Packages: In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing during transit, we will provide compensation. To help us process your claim, please provide relevant evidence that shows the package was not signed for upon delivery.
  • Damage Caused by Malicious Acts: We take pride in delivering products in pristine condition. However, if a product is intentionally damaged due to malicious acts, it will not be covered under our after-sales service.
